Well, I have made the decision to head south and will be starting in Grand Rapids tomorrow, will pass through Port Huron into Canada. I'll have a brief stop in Toronto before heading to Niagara to meet up with my dad to bike the Erie canal. :)

Neat. I'd enjoy seeing descriptions of the photos. It does not look like your route got updated, as it still has you going across MI and not in Chicago.
What handtools do you have that puncture tires? The Hudson Valley (HV) weather has been very wet the last day. This AM morning temp of 45 or so with dew. Refreshing.
I had to go outside and take a chicken leg out of Romeo's mouth. The bird was somewhat frantic that was attached to the leg. No big injury (perhaps a puncture?), but I do not think it will soon return to the puppy play pen (PPP)
I am so looking forward to our outing. After some photos, I concur that indoor sleeping is a pale second to camping while on the road.
Remember, start the day off with lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Even in cool weather, you loose a lot of liquid vapor as you respire.
Any update on St. Catherine ETA?
Going to Westchester today to pick up my free craigslist chiropractic table for messages. I think we would welcome that upon our arrival, as the pool may be too cool to relax in.
